Do you need a break? From what? Even if you do the most interesting things you need a break. The old grey matter needs downtime! 20 mins is my golden rule, then take a short break—tea, coffee, pee, Pat the dog, stretch, lie down in a dark room if it’s going bad….whatever—but take time out!

The most important invention in your lifetime is… It has to be the Smartphone in my lifetime. I know that computers have been around since ENIAC in 1945, and have shrunk in size to the wonderful Smartphone. I’m writing this now on an i phone, and there’s not much I can’t do on it now.
