Who are the biggest influences in your life?
Not sure if Lily counts or not.
I don’t have any sporting heroes or actors I look up to. Certainly no politicians.
I reckon it’s got to be my dog Lily. My partner always says that this dog changed me for the better. Made me look happier and connect a little more with people. That’s a good thing apparently.
This furry legend has her own fan club on TikTok, and is better known locally than I ever will be!
She influences what time I get up in the morning for a walk….every day, not just now and then. She knows when it’s 5pm (dinner) and evening walk too.
She certainly influences how often I vacuum or sweep, I’ve never had a dog that sheds so much hair. One run through with the vacuum and I have to empty it.
So if she’s a who and not an it, (well she certainly has a personality) then my doggy pal Lily is the biggest influence on my life—and that can’t be a bad thing!
I suppose playing in a band connects you with people, too, doesn’t it?
