Do you need a break? From what? Even if you do the most interesting things you need a break. The old grey matter needs downtime! 20 mins is my golden rule, then take a short break—tea, coffee, pee, Pat the dog, stretch, lie down in a dark room if it’s going bad….whatever—but take time out!
