If you started a sports team, what would the colors and mascot be?
Starting a Sports Team is probably about the last thing I would ever do, as sport is not my thing whatsoever. Not Soccer, Football or Cricket. Maybe a Pro Cycling Team as I like watching the Grand Tours.
Those of you in the know will already recognise my team’s name and the connotations. If you do drop me a message!
So, a Pro Cycling Team with a mushroom for a mascot, sponsored by Viagra and Senokot. I think they would be a hard but regular bunch, spending more time than others giving specimens for dope control.
Their distinctive blue helmets would set them apart in the bunch, pale blue cycling jerseys with a mushroom logo on the back and sponsor’s names proudly emblazoned in strategic places on the kit. If nothing else, the commentators wouldn’t be short of ammunition during those awful boring flat stages through France..
